Paris-Lyon Public Economics Workshop Series

CREST and ENS de Lyon are pleased to announce the launch of the biennial CEPR workshop in Public Economics—the Paris-Lyon Public Economics Workshop (PL-PubEcon). The first edition will take place on 28–29 May 2026 at Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon and will feature Antoine Bozio (PSE) and Giulia Giupponi (Bocconi) as keynote speakers.

We welcome submissions in any area of publics economics, especially contributions dealing with public policies in taxation, education, environment, health, labor, or urban economics in either developed or developing countries.

To apply to the workshop, send your full paper at plpubecon.workshop@gmail.com with PL-PubEcon2026 as the object of the email.

The deadline for submission is March 1, 2026. Decisions of acceptance will be notified by April, 6 2026.

 

Attendance is free for presenters and includes lunches, dinner, and coffee breaks. Further information on the workshop will be available soon.
