Maxime Chabriel

Maxime Chabriel is a Ph.D. student at Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon and affiliated to the Center for Economic Research and Governance, Inequality and Conflict (CERGIC).
He holds an engineering degree in economics and statistics from ENSAE.
His research examines the interplay between the political press and democracy in 19th-century France, drawing on insights from economic history and political economy.
